| | • The league will sanction with CCS/ACS Pool League. • League registration is $30 per player for the season. • Initial average handicaps will be used for all players on their first night of play. • The league will play 10 rotations of schedule - 30 rounds in total. • There will be 2 double nights. Dues are paid for each round on double nights. • Individual dues are $20 for each round a player participates. • Team dues are $100 per round, regardless if the team fields 5 players or not. • Teams may not fall more than 1 round worth of dues behind ($100). • Individuals are not permitted to fall more than 2 rounds behind ($40). • Individuals who consistently carry a balance owing may be asked for a bond amount in order to participate in future seasons. • Any individual or team that is not paid in full by the final week of regular season may be prohibited participating in playoffs or collecting any team, average or wildcard trips. • A player must play 10 weeks to be eligible for a team trip or wild card trip. • Team trips are awarded to the top regular season team and the playoff winning team. • Team trips are awarded for 6 players per team. • Only team trips are eligible for cash back. • Payout to team trip winners that opt for cash will be calculated as # of weeks played x $15 + $100. • Number of wildcard trips will be determined by the remaining league funds. • League trips are only booked to coincide with the ACS National 8-Ball Championships. • League trips to Las Vegas include airfare and 3 nights’ accommodations. • Players are responsible for entry fees to any events they wish to enter. • Rooms are booked for 3 people per room. • Individuals are not automatically entitled to a cash portion in lieu if they make their own travel and lodging arrangements. Eligibility for reimbursement is at the discretion of the executive. • Passports are required for air travel to USA. Passports are the player’s responsibility. • Players are responsible to ensure their privileges to travel into the USA are intact. • Players who accept trips, and after booking are not able to go, are responsible for reimbursing the league for the cost of the trip. This would include all expenses relating to the trip - airfare, hotel, and applicable fees. • Players that leave the league during mid-season forfeit any monies paid into the league and may be prohibited from participating in the league in future years. • The ACS National 8-Ball Championships will be held May 10-16, 2014 in Las Vegas. • The Executive reserves the right to change policies as the need arises, and the right to adjust the number of trips won due to the possibility of limited revenue.
